Acceptance and privacy choices

By creating an account or using authenticated features, you accept these Terms. The Privacy Policy is a notice about data processing, not unrestricted authorization for any use.

Optional cookies and processing depend on a separate choice. Rejecting Analytics or Marketing does not block essential functions, although blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in and security features.

Service and eligibility

Predict The Cup provides World Cup predictions, brackets, groups, rankings, badges, XP, profiles, sharing, rewards, and premium items.

The service is not gambling, a financial institution, or a guarantee of a prize. Children must not create an account without any legally required guardian authorization.

Account and user responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, keep it current, and protect access to the Google account and session.
• Use names, bios, links, images, and other content lawfully and respectfully without violating third-party rights.
• Do not manipulate registrations, invites, rankings, interactions, payments, badges, results, XP, or scores.
• Do not use abusive automation, scraping, reverse engineering, malware, attacks, vulnerability exploitation, or unauthorized access attempts.
• Report suspected compromise or misuse and remain responsible for account actions until access is blocked or recovered.

Platform responsibilities

• Apply published rules, process valid predictions and confirmed payments, and provide purchased features within reasonable technical limits.
• Use proportionate security, privacy, fraud-prevention, and administrative controls.
• Correct relevant defects and communicate material changes without promising uninterrupted availability or a complete absence of errors.

Public profiles, rankings, and content

Display name, username, avatar, country, statistics, badges, rank, groups, brackets, and share artwork may be public and indexed depending on the feature used.

You are responsible for what you publish and must not disclose confidential information. Content copied or republished by others may remain outside our control.

Predictions, scoring, and rewards

Predictions follow the windows, tie-breakers, and rules displayed in the product. Valid server records prevail over local copies or screenshots.

We may correct scores, disqualify fraudulent activity, and review eligibility. Badges, XP, frames, and highlights do not guarantee prizes, income, or placement.

Purchases, billing, and refunds

Stripe processes checkout and payment methods. Benefits are released after valid confirmation and may wait for provider processing.

Prices, currency, content, and conditions are displayed before purchase. Extra brackets and cosmetic items do not change official results or guarantee a scoring advantage.

Refunds, cancellation rights, disputes, and chargebacks follow the offer, applicable law, and the status of the digital benefit without excluding mandatory consumer rights.

Intellectual property and content license

The service's brand, code, interface, text, design, artwork, and databases belong to their respective owners and may not be copied or exploited without permission.

You retain rights in your own submitted content and grant a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transform, and display it only to operate profiles, rankings, groups, support, and requested sharing.

When using third-party images, names, trademarks, or links, you represent that you have permission. We may remove reported or apparently unlawful material.

Moderation, suspension, and termination

We may limit content or suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, security risk, violation of these Terms, legal orders, or the need to protect users and fair competition.

Where appropriate, we will state the reason and allow an appeal through support. Urgent measures may be applied before notice to contain risk or preserve evidence.

Third-party services and links

Google, Vercel, Microsoft Clarity, Railway, Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend, push services, YouTube, FlagCDN, and social networks support specific features described in the Privacy Policy.

Each provider may apply its own terms and policies. We do not control accounts, content, or decisions made directly by those third parties.

Failures, restrictions, changes, or outages at these services may affect sign-in, hosting, payment, media, support, metrics, and notifications.

Privacy and communications

Data processing follows the Privacy Policy. Analytics, Marketing, and notification preferences can be changed through the footer and browser settings.

Essential operational messages about security, purchases, and material service changes may be sent independently of marketing where needed for the account or contract.

Availability and liability

The service is provided with reasonable efforts. Maintenance, sports events, official data, internet access, and external suppliers may cause delays or outages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be waived. We are not responsible for expected outcomes, prizes, or decisions made solely from predictions.

Law, contact, and updates

• Mandatory rules where the user lives apply, including Brazilian consumer and data protection law where relevant.
